SEPARATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE

AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

 

 

The Board recognizes that regularly certified administrative and supervisory personnel of the School System may be terminated from employment in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 24 of The Code of Alabama.  Such procedures afford employees all substantive and procedural due process guarantees to which they are entitled under federal and state laws.
