The Board authorizes the
Superintendent to assign and transfer employees to new positions as the needs
of the School System may require.
Employees who have attained continuing service must be given prior
notice of the Board’s intention to transfer.
Such employees are entitled to contest the transfer and to appeal an
adverse final decision rendered by the Board.
Nothing herein shall affect the rights and responsibilities of the Board
and the affected employee under applicable
