EMPLOYMENT RIGHTS OF ADMINISTRATIVE

AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

 

 

The Board recognizes that an individual administrative or supervisory employee who has a legitimate claim of entitlement to his/her position based on the explicit tenure provision in State law or an explicit contractual provision, shall be deemed to have a property right which cannot be taken away without affording the employee all procedural and substantive due process rights as set forth in applicable State law.
