EVALUATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE

AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

 

 

The Board delegates to the Superintendent the responsibility for evaluating all administrative and supervisory employees based on State Board of Education policy and Board policy.

 

This evaluation process shall be based upon the job description for the position held by the person being evaluated.  The evaluation process utilized shall be one with which the person being evaluated was made familiar at least six (6) months prior to being evaluated.
