EMPLOYMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE

AND SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL

The Board, upon the recommendation of the Superintendent, shall employ such certified administrative and supervisory personnel as are necessary to the proper functioning of the School System. Each person employed must be certified by the State Board of Education, if certification is applicable, in the particular field for which he/she is employed. Further, each person must be qualified for the particular job for which he/she is employed.

The Board shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, or similar personal distinction in its employment practices.
