A cooperatively developed Board Policy Manual is sound educational practice and fundamental to good Board-Staff relationships. The Board’s written policies shall be subject to review and, when necessary, revised in accordance with the Policy Revisal Procedure approved by the Board. Copies of the Board’s Policy Manual shall be made accessible to all interested persons and shall be used consistently by the Board as a basis for its actions.
