NOTIFICATION OF BOARD MEETINGS

The Board shall require the Superintendent to notify Board members of all regular meetings of the Board at least forty-eight (48) hours, and earlier if possible, prior to the scheduled time for the meetings. Notice to Board members shall include an agenda and appropriate information materials required at the meeting.

Notice of all regular meetings shall be published in a newspaper published in the County; when practical, such notice will be given for special meetings called by the Board.
